Do you take phone in orders?

All orders must be placed via the website. We discourage phone in orders because information accuracy may be compromised. 

 

I would like to inquire about an order from Ebay/Amazon, can you help me with that?

We only deal with orders placed on MettleAirStore.ca any inquires from those two platforms must be dealt with via those site's e-messaging systems, in compliance with their communication policies. 

 

My company requires the use of Purchase Orders how can we do that?

$50.00 CAD (item subtotal) Minimum Order applies to all purchase orders NO EXCEPTIONS as this is limited by our invoice input system.

If your company uses a PO system, we can accept your purchase order as long as the $50.00 CAD minimum order amount is met by email or fax, be sure to leave us a contact name and number for our AR department and we will call you for the credit card payment information. 

Unless we have Payment Terms agreements set up, all orders will require pre-payment by Visa or Mastercard for all orders regardless of the size/brand/nature of your organization. 

Purchase Orders below $50.00 CAD minimum order will be subject to a $20.00 CAD processing fee (for orders below $50.00 we recommend ordering on the webstore checkout directly). 

 

Is my credit card information secure on your website?

Our website offers the latest SSL security encryption for secure and easy payment by Visa and Mastercard.
